Mr. Lawrence Diamond Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Diamond Brings more than 25 years of executive leadership driving growth and profitability at both public and private companies within health care services, population health, patient engagement, telehealth, analytics, government programs pharmacy management, medical device, post-acute care, and health care technology. His operational roles have covered general management, M&A, marketing, sales, operations, product development, customer service and strategic planning. His career has spanned some of the largest companies, like United Health Group, to early stage companies like PointRight and InsigniaHealth. Mr. Diamond’s breadth of experience enables an acute strategic vision, to organize growth oriented, profitable business models through delivering customer value. Larry earned his MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business and his BS in Business Admnistration for the University of Richmond’s Robin’s School of Business.

Tom Brodmerkel Chief Financial Officer

Tom Brodmerkel brings over twenty-five years of experience as a healthcare executive. He has a wealth of knowledge in operations, business development, marketing, and national sales management. Tom acquired majority interest and became CEO and Chair of Wave Global Services in 2016. (dba: Wave Health Technologies). Recently, Tom joined the Board of CareSource Corporation, a not for profit $10B health plan, as well as PointRight, a privately held company, based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Mr. Brodmerkel’s passion for the senior market is well chronicled in his stellar career with experiences including: President, Medicare Programs, a +$2 billion division of Coventry Health Care; nine years at UnitedHealth Group, where his positions included President of United Health Advisors and COO of United Healthcare’s +$3 billion Medicare Programs division. Tom has also served as a senior executive in start-up healthcare companies including Matrix Medical Network, Definity Health and American Telecare. Earlier in his career, Mr. Brodmerkel held regional VP sales management positions with Principal Financial Group (ONA) and Mutual of New York (MONY).

Tom is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, Mr. Brodmerkel served in both active and reserve duty in the U.S. Navy.

Sheila Schweitzer Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Sheila Schweitzer, a member of the Board of Directors since 2021 and now Chairman,. Ms. Schweitzer was also appointed to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer (COO), primarily responsible for directing the company’s recently emphasized acquisitions strategy with a focus on healthcare technology and services, as well as new potential clinic operations.

Ms. Schweitzer has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry as a company founder, executive, investor, and outside advisor. Most recently, from 2012 through 2017 she served as Founder and CEO of PatientMatters, LLC, a healthcare patient management company improving revenue realization for hospitals, Patient Matters was acquired by First Source in 2020. From 2003 through 2009 she was CEO of CareMedic Systems, an industry leader in proactive financial management for hospitals and providers. PatientMatters was acquired by Optum Insight in 2009. From 2009 through 2011 she was Senior Vice President of Strategy at OptumInsight, a part of United Healthcare Group providing data, analytics, research, consulting, technology, and managed services solutions to hospitals, physicians, health plans, governmental and life sciences companies. From 2001 through 2003, she was COO for MedUnite, a provider of electronic healthcare transaction processing services. As an investor, in 2009 Ms. Schweitzer co-founded Blue Ox Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm investing growth capital in commercial-stage healthcare companies. Ms. Schweitzer currently is an Executive Advisor with HLM Venture Partners, a venture capital firm investing exclusively in tech-enabled healthcare services, healthcare information technology, and medical device and diagnostics companies.
